Laurel Jonas started her Real Estate career in 2007. Home values plummeted the word short sale and foreclosure were the new normal. She offers this book free to clients and prospective clients.

Laurel is also a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) who has the knowledge and expertise to council clients age 50 plus through housing, financial and life decisions. She creates a customized approach to marketing and selling your home while working closely with you to explore other housing options. On a personal note,  Laurel is a wife and mother of two boys and two English Bulldogs named Gizmo and Tank. She loves baking and decorating custom sugar cookies and exercising. Laurel is also very active in the local community and believes in giving back through various efforts throughout the year.  Some charities include the Special Olympics and dog rescues.
